Step 1: Application

Fill out the Season Pass application form and submit it to admin.dalan@gmail.com or through an authorized DALAN representative.

Step 2: Payment

Settle the Season Pass subscription fee through ONLY the official DALAN payment channels below:

IMPORTANT: These are the only authorized payment methods for the DALAN Season Pass. Payments made through any other account, person, channel, or payment method will not be recognized, accepted, or considered valid by DALAN Theatre & Events Collaborative.

Step 3: Season Pass Activation

Your DALAN Season Pass will be processed upon confirmation of your completed application and payment. A DALAN representative will coordinate with you regarding your Season Pass and show selections.

SEASON PASS TERMS

• The Season Pass is non-transferable and intended only for the registered Season Pass holder.
• Companion discounts are limited to up to five (5) companions per show.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise announced by DALAN.
• Priority ticket access is subject to ticket availability and does not guarantee a specific seat unless confirmed by DALAN.
• Ticket upgrades are subject to seat availability.
• Exclusive event and press conference invitations are subject to venue capacity and event-specific requirements.
• All Season Pass subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.
• DALAN reserves the right to amend show schedules, venues, benefits, or event details when necessary. Season Pass holders will be notified of significant changes.
• Only payments made through the official DALAN accounts listed above shall be recognized as valid Season Pass payments.
