Ticket Purchase
Tickets may be purchased online through tickets.dalankita.com or at the venue box office, subject to availability.
Reservations
Reservations are held for a stated period pending payment and are released automatically after it lapses.
Payments & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once payment is received and an e-ticket or reference number has been issued.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person provided the ticket holder informs the box office in advance.
Refunds
Tickets are generally non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by the organizer.
Event Cancellation & Rescheduling
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders may request a refund or credit. If rescheduled, tickets are honoured on the new date.
Late Admission
Latecomers will be admitted at the first suitable break at the discretion of front of house.
Venue Rules
Venue rules on recording, food, drink and prohibited items apply at all times.
Lost Tickets
Lost e-tickets may be reissued upon verification of the booking.
Accessibility
Accessible seating and assistance are available on request before the performance date.
